“Do you need a computer science degree to get into cybersecurity?”

“Absolutely not.”

Tolu Disu studied Physics and still built an international cybersecurity career.

His advice?

“Most employers would rather hire someone who’s actually built something than someone who just has a stack of certificates.”

That’s the part many people miss.

Your degree does not have to say “Computer Science” for you to build a career in cybersecurity.

Physics. History. Sociology. Engineering. Finance.

There are different paths into the industry.

Think your data is safe on public Wi-Fi? Think again!

Every time you connect, internet providers and advertisers log your activity. Worse, free public Wi-Fi at airports or hotels allows strangers nearby to watch your connection.
