Internet outage Moore's Lake. It appears we have lost the router again. Similar to what happened back in June. We are heading back to start provisioning the replacement. Should be a few hours and service will be restored.

We are having problems with our tower on County Rd 483 in Lavon. It has gone out a couple of times and we are investigating.

Update 4:54pm: Not heat related but straight up power related. Power has been out up here for a while and our batteries just gave out. We have a generator on the way. Should be back in the next 10 minutes.

We are having problems with our equipment and service coming off the Grain Elevator in downtown Nevada. We are heading out there now. Expecting heat related power issues. Will update more info soon.

Just got off the phone with my service provider and they have scheduled maintenance happening right now that started at midnight. We went through our emails and no scheduled maintenance emails were missed. They said the window is scheduled until 6am (although they usually don't last the full maintenance window)

Gonna have a "pleasant" phone call with our rep in the morning...

9:40am update: Well I'm glad I didn't call my rep this morning. Went looking through my email again but this time I went straight to my spam folder and there it was, sent on June 24th.

In celebration of Independence Day and give our team a break, our business offices will be closed on Friday July 3rd. Technical support will be available on an on-call basis. (This means leave a message if no one picks up!!!) I hope everybody is able to go back to work next week with all phalanges you started the weekend with! -Jeff

Sigh... Our Moores Lake tower is offline again. It went down around 9:30pm and I've spent the last hour and a half troubleshooting it. It seems to be the router on the tower. I'm working on configuring the replacement. This also effects a few of our Rockwall clients. 😥😥😥 -Jeff

We are having a problem with our tower in Moore's Lake Estates. This tower also serves a few customers in north Rockwall. We are looking into it.

8:40am - We went out to the site (freaking pouring!) and power was up, checked via remote access and the tower was up and operational. Maybe the thunderstorm was so intense that it took out the backup link also??? Equipment showed an uptime over 178 days.

7:20am - Our tower at the In-Bounds sports facility went off line around 6am this morning. We are heading there to check it out but there is a very large cell showing up on the weather radar so it might take a while to fully diagnose.

We are experiencing problems with our site at the Four Farmers grain elevator in downtown Nevada. We are on our way for further investigation.

8:50pm Something is obviously wrong with our power supply onsite. Tomorrow we will briefly take it down while we replace the power supply and add in redundancy. Also worth noting, it happened around the same time on May 28th.... hmmm, heat failure? -Jeff

Our tower on Main Street in Lavon is giving us issues again. We are on our way to check out the situation.
