AI doesn't know when it doesn't know.

Ask it who won the 1820 World Series and it will answer with total confidence. There wasn't one. It just guesses the most likely next words and serves them up like facts.

That's called a hallucination, and it's the one thing everybody using AI needs to understand: AI predicts words. You bring the judgment.

Use it to move fast. Then check the names, the dates, and the numbers before you hit send. Trust, but verify.

Trying to use AI can be frustrating when you know what you need but don’t know how to explain it.

Here’s something you can try: let it ask you the questions.

Before asking ChatGPT or Gemini to write that email, plan that event, or help with your business idea, type:

“Before you give me an answer, ask me questions one at a time to understand what I’m trying to do. Start with the most important question. After you have enough information, suggest a practical next step. Don’t fill in missing details without asking.”

You don’t have to squeeze everything into a perfect prompt on the first try.

Think of it like talking something through instead of filling out a form.

And keep private information about your customers, students, or family out of the conversation.

Try it with something you’ve been struggling to put into words.

🔥 What a day with the teenagers at the YBBC Summer Camp at St. Philips Church of God in Christ! 🔥

Growth, Fun, and Knowledge was in the building. These young people came READY.

I came in as the special guest to talk about something that affects every single one of them: how AI is changing the future of business, and how THEY can be on the right side of that change.

We got into three industries they already care about:

🏠 Real Estate. AI is doing the research, the pricing, the listing descriptions. The winners are the people who know the tools.

🎵 Music. AI is in the studio and in the business office. Creative + tools = a real edge.

📱 Social Media. These teenagers are already creating content. Content skills + AI knowledge = a real income stream.

We also talked about careers in AI and how the job market for teens and young adults is being RE-CREATED right now. Not going away. Being rebuilt. And the ones who learn it early get to help build it.

The highlight? Students got to project their future selves using AI. Suits. Studios. Boardrooms. When a teenager sees themselves in that seat, something shifts. ✨
