Help support right to repair by educating yourself about it. You can read about it at repair.org. There are many big companies trying to pass bills that would allow them to deny the end user, consumer, everyday people that purchase their products to never have the ability to repair their stuff once it breaks. If this happens you can plan on spending many many times the amount of money to have them "repair" it for you rather than being able to do it yourself or using a third party repair shop for so much less. Not only will we all pay way too much for repairs but it would crush many local businesses that are in this industry. Just google right to repair and check out Louis Rossmann on youtube. He is pretty much the lead of the pack with this. And also happens to be one of the reasons I do macbook repair myself.
