Microsoft Warning for you do-it-yourselfers
Do not delete inetpub folder in Windows 11
Microsoft recently warned Windows 11 users not to delete the "inetpub" folder that appeared after the April 2025 update. Initially, many users suspected this folder was a bug introduced by Windows 11 KB5055523 and other April updates, including those for Windows 10. However, Microsoft has confirmed that creating this "inetpub" folder is intentional and related to a security patch for CVE-2025-21204.

Google (and Microsoft) are reporting there are scammers using “very realistic AI generated” emails, phone calls, texts and other notifications…

Claiming to be Google Support notifying “you” someone is trying to access your account, and they need information from you.

Some security experts claim it is so realistic it was difficult for them to confirm it is a scam.

Reminder Google does not require you to verify someone is hacking your account.

A few months ago I tried posting an article I wrote about Ai DeepFakes. It was taken down it “went against (Ai) policy”. I was threatened with FB incarceration if I posted more false information about artificial intelligence policies.

So I’ll try a more reputable source haha
