๐Ÿ“กโšก CQ CQ Cullman! โšก๐Ÿ“ก

Ever wondered what all those antennas are for? Curious about ham radio? Or maybe you just want an excuse to hang out by the lake and talk to people across the country (or the world!) without using Wi-Fi? ๐Ÿ˜„

Join the Cullman Amateur Radio Club โ€“ N4TUN for ARRL Field Day 2025 at Veteranโ€™s Memorial Park at Sportsman Lake on June 27โ€“28!

๐Ÿ• Begins at 1 PM Saturday
๐Ÿ“ Veteranโ€™s Memorial Park at Sportsman Lake

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ NEW THIS YEAR:
Weโ€™ll have a โ€œGet On The Airโ€ station for unlicensed visitors who want to try ham radio for themselves! Thatโ€™s right โ€” you can actually get on the radio and make a contact with the help of licensed operators.

What youโ€™ll find:
โœ… Radios, antennas, and portable setups
โœ… Emergency communications demonstrations
โœ… Friendly radio operators happy to answer questions
โœ… A chance to try ham radio yourself
โœ… Plenty of stories, laughs, and probably a few tangled wires ๐Ÿ˜†

Whether youโ€™re a longtime ham, scanner enthusiast, prepper, tech geek, or someone who still remembers CB radios from the 70s โ€” thereโ€™s something here for you.

Bring the family, bring a lawn chair, and come see why amateur radio is still one of the coolest hobbies on the planet.
