A service visit is a flat $75 and covers 1 hour of installation, troubleshooting, or virus / malware removal (most issues are resolved within the first hour) After the first hour there is a $75 charge per hour up to maximum of 3 hours per computer repaired. ($75 service call)

Items listed above can be very complex and highly technical therefore the is No maximum or Minimum set of hours. Complex network configurations are sometimes required, there is a flat $75 per hour rate on items listed above. I will provide a very close estimated amount of time needed to complete the job and will stick to that estimate as long as changes aren't made that affect the network configuration or network topography after installation has already started.
