Most Google Workspace admin consoles open to a menu. gPanel Enterprise now opens to answers.
The new Command Dashboard is the first thing Enterprise admins see when they log in. It’s one view of how healthy your environment is, what needs your attention, and what gPanel has already handled for you.
What’s on it:
• Active Users: licensed seats used, suspended and archived accounts, and users who have never signed in
• Activity Logs: a 7 day login trend, with failed logins and unrecognized locations flagged
• Rules Engine: active rules, rules triggered today, and rules with errors
• Groups and Access: groups and shared drives, including groups with no owner
• Master Scheduler: upcoming and recent jobs, with last run status
• Recent Admin Actions: who did what in gPanel, and when
Every tile opens the matching section of gPanel. Admins can arrange their layout and save custom views. Each tile also respects the admin’s role, so people only see the data they’re allowed to see.
You shouldn’t have to click through five sections to find out what’s happening in your Workspace.
