North Dakota has become the latest state to take action against kratom and its derivatives. ⚖️

Effective August 5, kratom products are now illegal in North Dakota following emergency actions from Gov. Kelly Armstrong and the state Board of Pharmacy. Officials cited rising overdose deaths, Poison Control calls, and concerns around highly concentrated synthetic derivatives like 7-OH.
