The original S5 helped elevate Magico to another level. Its massive sealed aluminum enclosure, exceptionally advanced drivers, deep controlled bass, and remarkable transparency established a performance benchmark that remains deeply satisfying today.

The S5 is a three-way, four-driver floorstanding loudspeaker constructed around an extraordinarily rigid, heavily braced aluminum enclosure. Each speaker weighs approximately 190 pounds—a reflection of the materials, engineering, and uncompromising construction that went into its design.

This pair has aged remarkably well. We are rating it 8/10 because of its age, but its construction, presentation, and performance remain impressive. The loudspeakers are fully operational, and the original magnetic grilles are included.
