Role / What do you work on? Machine Learning and LLMS

What's a technical win you're proud of? Built a neural network from scratch using CUDA and C++ without external frameworks, achieving good accuracy on digit recognition.

How do you approach solving problems? Break down the problem, research possible solutions, then build and test incrementally.

What's a unique skill or fun fact about you? I'm into FPV drones and aviation, I want to get a private pilot license at some point in my life.

Favorite tools or stack? Python for AI work, C++ for performance-critical code, and modern web frameworks.

One philosophy you bring to building great products? Plant your seeds in the soil of purpose, not in the shallow pots of profit. The roots of passion grow deeper and sustain longer harvests.

I once took a messy legacy codebase and refactored it into something clean, fast, and actually enjoyable to work with. Watching it go from chaos to clarity—and seeing the team's reaction—was super satisfying!

How do you approach solving problems?
I break problems into parts, prioritize root causes, and test iteratively with feedback.

What’s a unique skill or fun fact about you?
I love trying out random home remedies for hair and skincare—if there’s a DIY face mask or hair oil hack online, I’ve probably tested it!

Favorite part of working at IntelliSync?
The supportive, collaborative culture and opportunities to own impactful work.

Favorite tools or stack?
FastAPI, React, SQL, and Python—love building fast, scalable apps with them.
One philosophy you bring to building great products? - I focus on building value, not just features. Like in Rich Dad Poor Dad, it's not about working harder—it's about working smarter and creating something that lasts and truly serves the user.
