- Possess a working knowledge of all wood types and areas where drilling is acceptable
- Possess a working knowledge of how 3way and 4way switches are wired
- Possess a working knowledge of how GFCI outlets are wired and function
- Possess the ability to mentally map out wire runs and complete all required drilling for a new construction home
- Possess the ability to do a basic boxing layout
- Possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Possess the ability to make up 3way, 4way, GFCI outlets, and multi-gang boxes
- Possess the ability to order material as required for your project
- Work on skills to fill out and file daily paperwork
- Be Organized and detail oriented
- Possess good teamwork and communication skills
- Live in Orange County
- A/V Experience is a plus

Requirements for this Position
+ Minimum 2 years of RESIDENTIAL electrical experience
+ Good Driving Record
+ Have own transportation (Note: you will be carrying materials for jobs in your
car/truck) (Auto Allowance provided)
+ Have own hand tools
+ Proficient in the use and function of all your hand tools.
+ Speak and Write English
+ Excellent communication skills

This role will provide administration support in the following areas: -

- General administration duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, general data entry etc.
- Assisting with the upkeep of the business social media pages
- Assisting and working with the owner and Office Admin on creating and implementing
marketing strategies
- Monitoring emails
- Running material to job sites as needed
- Running business related errands as directed
- Assisting in day-to-day tasks as directed

The successful candidate must:
+ Have own transportation (Auto Allowance is provided)
+ Have a good driving record
+ Have previous knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office
+ Have marketing knowledge (preferred)
+ Speak and Write English well
+ Have excellent communication skills
+ Have a demonstrated ability to adhere to company policy and procedures
+ Display a common sense approach with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
+ Display good organizational and time management skills
+ Be a team player with a “can do” attitude willing to work towards company goals
+ Have previous experience in an office environment (preferred but not essential)
+ Have experience with Apple technology (preferred but not essential)
+ Have previous knowledge of and experience with QuickBooks Desktop Premier (preferred but not essential)
