Every day, guests hand over items at security that they never get back.
Our Partners had been telling us about it for a while. Items with real value, surrendered at a checkpoint because there was nowhere else for them to go. Eventually enough of them asked the same question that it stopped being a suggestion and started being a roadmap. Could we handle this too?
So we did.
Introducing Keepsafe.
When a guest hits security with a prohibited item, they take a tag and tear it in two. Half goes in the bag with the item, half stays with them. Linked QR codes connect the two. A few seconds and they’re moving again.
They scan their half later, at the stadium entrance, the airport gate, on the plane, or whenever they get a free minute to submit their info. Staff review it in the portal, mark it shippable or not, and the guest is notified either way. Ship it home, pick it up in person, or send someone authorized.
No paper forms. No missed flights. No trash bin.
