A common question we have been getting is...

Has your number changed, been disconnected, or something??? 🤷🏻‍♂️

The short answer is, yes.

The longer and more concise answer is what I'll present everyone with today as here at RockyTopTech we are committed to being 100% transparent on everything and feel it's the customer's have the right to know what's going on with us and not being able to talk on the phone but instead can text without any issues. So let's dive right in, shall we?

First as everyone now knows, we have moved from our Lawrenceburg location. Why? There was no store fronts available for lease and we need a decently sized brick-&-mortar where both ourselves and most importantly, our customers and clients, are comfortable if they decide to wait while their device is being diagnosed or repaired.

We are now located in Cornersville and we have updated both the address and phone online, so reach out to use if your seeing the old number and address.

We are in a very rural location now and hardly any cell service, if any at all. So we just assumed we could use the wifi calling feature on the business cells.....no dice! We can only reply via text with business cell phones but cannot take calls due to the instability of the GSM Network in this location. We now have a landline but it too doesn't even suffice as the phones sound quality is practically non-existent and neither staff nor customers can hear the other talk. So...this brings us back to only being able to reply via text on our current phones. We are indeed working with TDS and our cell service providers to correct this, until then we can always reply via text or the best way to get in touch to get a repair, modify and upgrade, or purchase a device is right here on Facebook by sending a message 🙂!
Please remember when doing so and if your in need of a modification or repair on a phone, game console, laptop, desktop or any other electrical device (yes we can take on a variety of uncommon repairs as well, if the unit/device runs on a electricity we can most likely fix it!) you need to make certain you include the make and model of the device as well as a detailed description of what issues it's having.

Soon, we hope 🙏🏼, our phones will be able to use wifi calling with no issues because we have pre-ordered the StarLink high speed internet system from Tesla.

Our system has yet to arrive yet and we have paid the $500 for the system AND the up front $99 for the first month!!! We have been waiting since February just like this lucky guy in this YouTube video who finally got his 10 days ago!!! 😮📡👀😍

We apologize for any inconvenience of not being able to speak directly to one of our techs.
Once our StarLink system arrives we will then be able to speak directly to any and all clients and customers. Thank those who stayed awake during this extremely long explanation 😄.

Initially to understand basic mobile phone and Apple iOS (Operating Systems) and their basic functionality

To take “on the job” training, leaning how to recover data, diagnose software and hardware issues to include functionality and to undertake fault diagnosis and repairs

Fault Diagnosis

Part Replacement

Fine Soldering

Rewiring

Disassembly and Reassembly of mobile phones, tablets and Apple iOS products

Finally we are so excited how far the Right To Repair movement has came! Now we can order genuine Apple parts, probably at a premium since it IS Apple, however if customers want genuine Apple parts without voiding your warranty and without sending it to Apple to be charged an outrageous price for parts and labor we got you covered! Also we will still offer aftermarket replacement screens, parts and batteries which are much cheaper! All 100% good quality as always. Now the customer will be able to decide and if they choose to replace faulty parts with new genuine Apple parts we can now facilitate that need and without voiding your warranty!

Apple is letting some iPhone users fix their own phones, a sharp turnaround for a company that has long prohibited anyone but company-approved technicians from fiddling with its proprietary parts and software.
