Well, we have weathered the storms. For those of you in Pickwick who saw some odd bandwidth issues, the following pics and video should help explain. Our tower guys were stretched by a fallen top from a very large pine tree. The tower was not able to be salvaged, as you can see in the video we had to drop it. We are thankful for the Hardin County ES who allowed us a spot on their tower to get all your internet back online. And the good is, we have a new relationship with Emergency Services and will be able to support our local communities. Thank you for your patience.

**OUTAGE NOTICE**

Well, it seems that we have been hit (again) by the weather. We are investigating the outage from Michie, Counce and our Mississippi network.

** UPDATE 7:45PM **
Portions of the network have been restored. The outage is power related as there are many downed power lines. Our Guys and Hamburg Rd locations as well as the Teague tower are still without service. We will update this post as more information comes in.

** UPDATE 10:15pm **
Power in Guys and at our Teague tower have been restored. This accounts for nearly ALL the network. If you have issues still, please call us or email:

Ladies and gentlemen, first, thank you for being our clients. As you know, we try very hard to have the best network and service out there.
This week has dealt all technologies a devastating blow when these tornadoes cut hundreds of lines of fiber. They were no respecter of company; all the carriers were damaged.
All that being said, we designed, negotiated, implemented and put up tower shots in this weather to provide any bandwidth at all. We are NOT on our main line of fiber, as it is still laying on the ground tattered.
We are still working on tuning things, but it is close to a miracle for this to be running so quickly after such a disaster.
Please be patient if you buffer a bit, we will get it back running tip-top. If your slow, try power cycling everything, router and radio, and see if that helps.
Keep praying for all those that have real loss from this, give them your time, treasure, and your care. We are in this together.

** NETWORK STATUS **

First, I know there are a great many out there who are either hurt or injured or have family that is. Our prayers go out to each of you and your families.

As you are likely aware, the storms through the night inflicted significant damage to our coverage areas. We are working this morning to assess the damage. Our main internet feed for the entire network comes from Selmer, which was decimated in the storms. We will update this post as we get information. Thank you for your patience as we survey the damage done by the storms.

**UPDATE 4APR25**
We are working on a temporary feed that will help to restore services for MOST of our network. This should be in place by noon or so today. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worth through this tornado damage.

** UPDATE 4 APR 25, 12:50PM **
A portion of our network has been restored using a temporary backup. The speed will not be 100%, but all services SHOULD be operational for this portion of the network. We are adding an additional path to bring the remainder online. This will happen this afternoon. ADDITIONALLY, just to let you know, our phones and email will NOT function until the repairs for our upstream provider are 100% completed. We apologize for this inconvenience. as always, you can reach us via this page.

We apologize for the unexpected outage this afternoon. This morning at about 7:30am, we lost power at one of our major network hubs. This revealed that we had a failed UPS that should have kept the site online (for a good while). We have one additional site that we suspect MAY have a similar issue, which we will be testing this afternoon. If you experience another outage today, it is likely due to this testing, so we ask that you give it 15 minutes before reaching out. As always, we are working to make our service more reliable and this is one (difficult) part of that process.

All work has been completed. We have upgraded our router as well as the equipment supplying internet in Chewalla and our Mississippi network. We did find a router that had been damaged not by weather, but by ladybugs (what a stinking mess that was). This router is likely to have been the issue on this portion of our network over the recent days. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

** OUTAGE NOTICE **
We are working on the Mississippi, Chewalla and Ramer portion of our network today. We have a router that has been failing. This will be replaced between 1 and 2 pm today. Expect an extended outage of 30 or more minutes. We will update this post once the work is completed.

RESOLVED. Router at our Ramer site had locked up. This issue has been resolved and all network functions restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are aware of the outage in the Ramer, Chewalla and all Mississippi portions of our network. We are working on a resolution now.
