Imaging Supply Printing & Distribution
·......................................................................
At Imaging Supply Printing & Distribution we offer these types of services for our Customers on apparel;

Digital Screen Printing
Direct To Garment (DTG)
Color Laser Transfer
HD Vinyl Transfers
and some Vinyl Applications on
Shirts - Signs - Banners - Decals - Hats

NOT MUCH DTF (Direct To Fabric) now......Doesn't hold up.......unless new inks are available.

Exp Since 1984 with Imaging Supplies & Services.

Exp since 1990 in all other printing applications.

DTF (Direct To Fabric) doesn't meet our Quality Standards today. The process is like going to a Fair or Circus Vendor for a shirt. Looks ok now......but wash it a few times!

Might hold up 10 washes or so....Poor Quality. Our reputation is on the line with each print job, so our standards are high. We offer Local, Corporate, State, Federal and Contract Fulfillment orders.

New inks are being tested. The industry has acknowledged the short comings with most DTF inks and the types of powder used and how the powder creates health issues during the manufacturing and application of these transfers.

In our opinion, that IS the key.

Hopefully the new inks will improve. Some applications work well with a DTF transfer.....some do not.

Digital Screens & Transfers are used mostly, and will continue for the near future.

Offering a Quality Product & Services Since 1984.

We have experience with apparel since 1990.

Have used DTF (Direct To Fabric) for 5 years.

We will not anymore...unless we test with new inks.

Digital Screen Printing and Digital Transfers using Screen Print Inks are what we use due to wash ability and life of the garment.

This is only one example video on this.

Cost more?..........Less than 15 cents more per shirt.

Well worth it.........
