OK, had to share this (and plead a bit with anyone out there doing this):

I’m watching a corporate training video today. The VO/narration was decent enough for what I would consider an non-professional VO artist. Anyway, at least twice while I was listening to it, I hear the Windows notification alert. I didn’t think anything of it the first time, but it bumped me the second time because I was watching it on my Macbook Pro!

So I rewound the video about 20 seconds, and sure enough, there was the alert chime. The person recording the VO didn’t silence their notifications and it was in the final published video!

Please, for the love of all that’s holy, silence this stuff BEFORE you record!!!

I remember watching the Star Wars Holiday Special when it originally aired. If you know about this odd piece of Star Wars history, I highly recommend watching this doc!
