At Bio::Neos, investing in the next generation of professionals is extremely important. We take great pride in providing a space where students aren't just shadowing, but are actually leading strategic projects. While we are sad to see Amira go, we are proud to see her head into her next chapter with new skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The cycle of mentorship continues next week as we prepare to welcome our summer intern to the team. Investing in the younger community isn't just something we do, it's part of who we are.

What an incredible event hosted by the Jacobson Institute. The Iowa Invention Convention brought together over 100 youth who presented their inventions hoping to go to Nationals. Steve had the opportunity to participate as a judge, and says he is still blown away by how amazing it was. Bio::Neo’s is wishing all those students the best as they continue to grow and innovate in their future!

Last week, Steve was a volunteer for the North Central Middle School 6th grade field trip. They went to the Iowa City community School district center for innovation, which was hosting the junior achievement BizTown simulation. From running businesses to making big decisions, the students fully jumped in and it was amazing to see how quickly they embraced the challenge!

Recently, our team had the chance to visit XVIVO at their beautiful Colorado office. Throughout conversations and exploring Colorado together, this experience brought a new level of friendship to our partnership.
