The Echo Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Becca Gagnon to Director of Professional Services. Becca started in our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management). She immediately showed her ability to work with our customers and internal staff to manage customer billing and develop relationships to support our customers. After three years, Becca moved to professional services, where her billing experience, knowledge of our customers, and skills made her an indispensable project manager for our newest customers. For the last three years, Becca has shown all the qualities necessary to excel in her new role as Director of Professional Services.
