Hey Racers!

It's getting to be the time of year when you're planning for your 2027 season, but don't forget to leave a lasting impression with your partners from the 2026 season! We offer a professional, clean memento for you to provide for them to proudly display in the office, store front, shop, or anywhere in between. These are an 18" x 12" aluminum sign. We do hundreds of these each year, and everyone who utilizes them tells us it is one of the most appreciated gifts their sponsors recieve. Let the people who fund your racing know you really care about their help!

We can customize to include each individual sponsor's logo, crew names, or anything you'd like them to say. We will source a high quality image from our local photographers, or you can provide your own photo for use!

The details :
-Signs are $25 each. A deposit is required to begin work.
-Must order a minimum of four signs.
-Allow 1-2 weeks lead time for production.
-CNC cut .040 aluminum sign blanks with radiused corners.
-If you are not a B&A Customer, must provide vector logos. If we have to recreate logos for you, there will be an additional charge.
-Custom sign shapes are possible! We can cut out a "mini door" from your car, or make any kind of shape to really make it stand out. Pricing on these can be discussed privately.

We are looking to potentially add to our team at B&A!

We would like to fill one of the two following roles:

-Sign Shop Helper/Apprentice
Main duties include prepping vehicles for wrap installs, trimming/weeding/preparing prints, laminator operation, cleaning/maintaining of shop and other sign related duties as needed. Experience not needed, if you are willing to learn we will teach you the job. Ideal candidate is clean, organized, and easy to get along with. Someone with hustle, ambition, and a solid work ethic could learn a lot and move up into an installer or print room operator as we continue to grow. This position would be somewhat flexible on hours. Guaranteed minimum of 25 hours/week up to 40-50+ during peak times. General work hours would be between 9-5:30, willing to customize schedule for the right person. Money wise this is not a minimum wage job but also not going to pay the rate of a skilled trained professional. As you grow and develop so will your paycheck.

-OR-

-Experienced Wrap Installer
Freelance/Contract style position preferred. Looking for 2+ years experience installing full wraps. Color changes, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, and anything in between. This person needs to provide verifiable proof of quality of work/experience. Pay would be based on the job/contract and based on your rates/experience. Potential to hire full time down the road if desired.

Any interested parties please send some information about yourself including a summary of any skills/prior experience etc. PLEASE message the page or email us [email protected]. Please no phone calls or drop ins, the phones and store are plenty busy with customers during the day and we will reach out if we are interested in pursuing further.

Please share if you know anyone who would fit one of these positions!

Happy Monday!

Please take note that we have moved, effective today! We are now on Route 20 in North Kingsville! For our customers that are familiar with the area, it is the A&A Porta Potties location. It's about a mile from our old location, less than a 5 minute drive.

We should have our new signage up within the next few weeks, but want to make sure our customers work is done first!

Our physical address is 2979 East Center St, Conneaut, OH 44030.
