Most of my designs get shown on a screen, but the ones that make it to print bring me joy 🤩
I recently had the chance to work on some merch for Joe Phillips Ministries and I was able to take a few photos of the results!
Also I am giving this multi caption thing a go - swipe for more
The logo had a vectorized image of the trailer and truck used for the ministry. I redrew it in Fresco to give a clean look for print.
We knew the camo blank was a key element, so we went with both white and orange as the print colors.
We also had two different blue hats stitched with the second design that was focused on the challenge to “be somebody.”
On the front we used the acronym of JPM (Joe Phillips Ministries) and mimicked it with what what the ministry does: Jesus, Productions, Messages.
I love how the stitching on the hat turned out. In many ways, the blank is equally as important as the print. People have to want to wear it.
If you are in a rut of making things for screens: print out your next design or slap that drawing on a sweatshirt. Graphic designers may use a digital tool to make the art, but the printing brings it to the physical.
Oh and if you need help with your merch, send me a message. 🫡
