Here's what we work with:

✅ Akko — We're an official Akko repair center. If you have an Akko plan, bring your phone in and we'll handle the claim. Don't have Akko yet? We sell plans right here in the shop.

✅ Allstate / SquareTrade — Official repair center. If your device is covered under an Allstate or SquareTrade protection plan, we can take care of it.

✅ Credit Card Phone Coverage — This one surprises a lot of people. Many credit cards — Chase, Amex, Capital One, Credit Unions and others — include mobile phone protection as a cardholder benefit. If you pay your phone bill with a qualifying card, your screen repair or back glass might already be covered. Check with your credit card company for details.

Cracked back on an iPhone 12. This is one of those repairs people put off because they figure — it still works, right?

Here's why it's worth fixing: the back housing is structural. A crack that starts at the corner gets worse over time, and once moisture gets in, you've got a bigger problem than a cracked back.

We replaced it with an original pull back housing — same glass, same finish, same feel as it came from the factory. Replaced the battery at the same time while we were in there. 180-day warranty on the battery, 90-day on the housing.

If your Xbox won't display anything on your TV, it's not always a dead console — most of the time it's the HDMI port.

This Xbox Series S came in with no display at all. The port on the left is what we pulled out — bent pins, damaged housing, not making contact. We replaced the whole port and the console is back up and running.

We fix more than just phones. Game consoles, tablets, laptops — if it has a screen or a port we've probably worked on it.

It takes time. It takes patience. And it takes knowing exactly what you're doing.
