REMINDER:
At midnight the new to***co law takes affect in Nebraska. You must be 19 to use or be in possession of to***co and va**ng products. Eighteen states in the union have raised the to***co age to 21 however Nebraska is not one of them. The federal law also requires individuals to be 21 to purchase to***co and va**ng products. This is a confusing issue due to local and state law enforcement not being able to enforce federal laws. Please review the link below for details.
