September 11, 2001 is a day that many remember, but 25 years later, did we forget? I remember where I was. Do you? Our children were 4, 6, and 9 when it happened. I asked them the other day if they remembered it (now 29, 31, and 34). They said they remember what they've seen in the media since then. I can tell you the very spot I stood as I watched the 2nd plane strike the Twin Towers. May we never forget this day and let it be etched in our minds the courage of the heroes that day and the ones lost. Let us not become so immuned to what is going on the world that we do not teach our children and our children's children what it means to live in the land of the brave and the home of the free.
