Here’s a sneak peek of just a few of the photos we captured at this wonderful event earlier in the week. Enjoy! Amy Beery Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce

Hello, Central Ohio! 👋 It’s been a minute since our last post, but we’ve been busy!

Earlier this week, part of our crew went to the Columbus Zoo for Cologix Connect Columbus 2026. We talked tech, caught up with great people across the industry, and sent one lucky attendee home with a brand-new Solo Stove. 🔥

Fun fact from our display: an adult giraffe can easily stretch over 18 feet tall—making our 6-foot tower banner look tiny by comparison!
Speaking of giraffes, we apparently spent so much time admiring them that we completely forgot to gather our own team for a group photo. 🦒

Here are a few snaps from our table setup and the day. Huge thanks to everyone who stopped by to chat!

Very special thank you to people like Crystal Evans at Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce who came by to support us!

TRADITIONAL TELECOM PITCHES ARE BORING! 💤 😴 Let's talk about what actually matters to MDU owners and property managers: winning the lease and building long-term asset value.

Residents aren't just comparing floor plans anymore—they are comparing how connected their lives will be the moment they move in. From day ONE! 📲🔑

In a hyper-competitive leasing landscape, a superior digital experience is the ultimate tie-breaker. Here is how a single-pipe fiber foundation from Bresco Solutions changes the game:

✔️ Win the Lease: Stand out from the building down the street by offering instant, blazing-fast gigabit connectivity the exact second residents get their keys. No setup delays, no traditional ISP hassle.
✔️ Streamline Property Tech: Deploy smart locks, property security, and building-wide IoT seamlessly on one powerful, scaling backbone.
✔️ Boost Recurring NOI: Reclaim the financial margins of high-speed connectivity for yourself instead of giving it away to outside providers.
✔️ Increase Overall Valuation: Tech-forward properties win the market. Fiber-optic-fed smart building solutions can increase your overall asset valuation by up to 8%* upon refinancing or sale!

When you put people and connectivity first, technology stops being an expense line item and starts acting as an asset value accelerator. 🙌

We love getting out into the field to see these networks come to life! Here’s a quick photo from a recent site visit right here in the Columbus area. 📸👇 (Our social media manager may have taken some creative liberties with her AI tools... usually that building doesn't have our name on the side! 🥸)

Be it rain or be it shine, under the ground or over the air, real tech takes real commitment. 🛠️📡

Bringing reliable, high-speed bandwidth to our customers means showing up—even when "showing up" means climbing 150 feet in the air. No stock imagery here, folks, just our dedicated field crew doing what they do best.

Thanks to Galvin Bonner (pictured to the right in the thumbnail) for creating this video and sharing it! Also pictured are Adrian Palmer and Terrance Banks—just some of the hearts and hands that make Bresco special.

We love what we do here at Bresco SolutionsBresco Solutions! 💙

Today, we’re pausing to reflect on a powerful reminder shared by our President, Kerry Keown. As a veteran, his words bring a deep, personal perspective to what today is truly about.

Memorial Day is more than just a long weekend- it is a solemn day of remembrance for the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

At Bresco Solutions / Ohio Gig, leadership, service, and sacrifice aren't just words; they are values we strive to carry forward every day. We are incredibly grateful for our veterans, their families, and the fallen heroes who secured the freedoms we enjoy today.

Please join us in taking a moment of silence and remembrance today. 🇺🇸 We thank all of our service members, both past and present.

Memorial Day is more than just a long weekend, it is a day of remembrance for the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. They say good things come to those who wait... well, we’re finally ready to share our CAA (Columbus Apartment Association) Pickleball Happy Hour recap! 🎾✨

Our MEAT RAFFLE WINNERS have been chosen! 🥩🥒 (And no, we aren't apologizing for the puns).

We had a blast giving the standard "meet & greet" a makeover with our "NICE TO MEAT YOU" raffle. Huge congrats to Zubair Bujazia & Mike Lange! You’ve each won a box of Michael's Finer Meats steaks. We’ll be in touch soon to "meat-up." 🥩🏆

Missed out on the swag? Our custom Bresco pickleballs didn't make the party, but they’re officially in the building now! 🏠 If you want to snag one, slide into our DMs. 🔥

Next stop: 🏛️
We’re trading the paddles for cocktail attire! See you all this Thursday, May 7th, at the CAA Capital Awards at the Columbus Museum of Art. It's the first CAA awards celebration in 20 years -we can’t wait to celebrate the winners! Environmental Pest Management representative Shanna Davis will join our table as well. Jenn Taggart of SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus took the photos on the court - thanks for that, Jenn!

We appreciate all of the new connections!

Thank you, Columbus Apartment Association for allowing Bresco Solutions to join the Multi-Family Mingle & Pickleball happy hour last night!

It was a blast connecting with everyone on and off the court. Looking forward to more events where the multi-family community can come together! (Hope to see you on May 7th at the CAA Capital Awards!)

We’re sorting through the highlights now but stay tuned for a full gallery of the action coming early next week! 📸✨
