Two continents. One team.

Our APAC employees play an important role in Congruex operations - providing engineering, design, and shared services across the company.

Recently, some leaders from the U.S. visited our Congruex - Asia-Pacific office to strengthen connections, learn more about team capabilities and processes, and recognize the people behind the work.

During the visit, 500 local employees gathered for an open fireside chat with David Hurtado and Jackie Schirmer. Our Division Presidents showcased the breadth of our unified capabilities, and teams connected through floor walks, roundtables and recognition moments.

Most importantly, the visit highlighted the people behind our growth - many of whom started their Congruex journey as engineers and are now leading the way forward.

Our commitment to safety as a company is practiced in a variety of ways. Fostering a safe-work culture starts with our team being trained and capable to do the job.

Through our simulator training program, our investment into technical training is being put to work. With more than 1,150 equipment certifications issued across nine different heavy equipment types, we're helping upskill our current workforce while bringing new hires into compliance.

The goal is more than classroom and theoretical instruction. It's providing adequate, hands-on training - preparing our crews to operate safely and confidently in the field.

➡️ Bryan Lanier brings 25 years of telecom experience and leads our Wireless Engineering team. What began as a summer internship turned into a career driven by solving complex problems and working alongside strong teams. He believes in building a culture of mutual accountability, where teams are held to high standards while also feeling empowered to challenge leadership along the way.

➡️ Akshay Aggarwal began his telecom career with AT&T in 2007 and has built a distinguished career across engineering and financial strategy in the industry. He's passionate about complex financial engineering, strategic planning, operational excellence and developing future leaders. His philosophy? “All work is easy work” - with the right attitude and sustained discipline, any goal is attainable.
