Women’s Equality Day gives us a chance to look back at how far the world has come—and to look clearly at the distance still ahead.

Across the globe, women have gained rights and opportunities that once seemed out of reach.

Yet the UN reports that nearly one in four countries experienced a backlash against women’s rights in 2024. Women still earn less for work of equal value, millions of girls remain out of school, and hundreds of millions of women and girls live near conflict zones.
Progress is real. It is also unfinished.

At BTS, we believe the next chapter is one we all have a role in writing. This Women’s Equality Day, we encourage you to learn more about where progress stands around the world—and what can move it forward.

When BTS goes to BTS. 🎤

This week, BTS took over Baltimore—and naturally, we had to be there.

We raffled off two tickets to some lucky BTS teammates (congrats Davieon & Randy) to bring a guest and experience the show. Dan Cummings, PE, PMP got in on the action too, representing our BTS while the other BTS handled the stage.

Two BTSs. One Baltimore. A whole lot of screaming.

Safe to say, we picked a pretty good week to share a name with one of the biggest groups on the planet. 😎

Happy 236th Birthday to the United States Coast Guard!

Since 1790, the Coast Guard has safeguarded our nation's waters, protected our maritime borders, and answered the call whenever duty demands. Their unwavering commitment to service has made them an indispensable part of America's national security.

At BTS, we're honored to support the Coast Guard as they continue modernizing critical capabilities for the future. We're excited to share more about that work in the weeks ahead.

Today, we simply want to thank the active-duty members, reservists, civilians, veterans, and families who make the Coast Guard mission possible.

We know we have some really smart followers out there but… this is gonna stretch you.

On this National Scotch Day we asked ourselves, what’s the most scientific, the most accurate, and the most compelling (and nerdy) thing we could do to honor this fabled spirit?

Between World War II and Vietnam lies a chapter of American history that is too often overlooked.

The Korean War has long been known as the "Forgotten War," not because of the courage displayed there, but because its sacrifices were overshadowed by the conflicts that came before and after it.

On National Korean War Veterans Armistice Day, we pause to ensure those who served are never forgotten. We honor the veterans who answered the call, those who never made it home, and the families who carried that sacrifice alongside them.
Their service helped shape history. Their legacy deserves our lasting gratitude.
