How Salud Auditiva Expanded Lead Generation Beyond Meta With WSI

Salud Auditiva had already built a reliable source of digital leads through Meta. Its website and Google presence contributed far less, making the company less visible when people turned to search for hearing-care information and providers.
Founded in 2011, Salud Auditiva had cared for more than 65,000 patients and operated 18 centers across Ecuador at the time of the project. Its audience also includes family members who research hearing solutions on behalf of a parent, partner or other relative.
People were already searching Google for information about hearing loss, hearing tests, hearing aids and providers. Salud Auditiva needed a better way to reach that demand, turn search interest into inquiries and understand where those leads came from.
WSI Consultant Claudio Patiño Malo worked with the company to broaden its lead-generation mix. In less than a year, website leads increased eightfold. The Google Ads conversion rate rose from 0.4% to 2.99% over three months, while SEO-driven leads grew fivefold over a seven-month reporting period.

See how WSI helped Salud Auditiva expand lead generation beyond Meta, increasing website leads 8x while improving Google Ads conversion and SEO leads.

How WSI Helped Costa Rica DMC Generate More Business Beyond Referrals

Costa Rica DMC designs and runs high-end travel programs, corporate events, and incentive experiences in Costa Rica for corporate planners and travel agencies in North America and Europe. The company had built a strong reputation through referrals and long-standing industry relationships, but buyers finding Costa Rica DMC online weren't creating the same flow of opportunities.
The website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and had limited search visibility. For an international planner comparing destination management companies from another country, the site needed to explain Costa Rica DMC's capabilities, establish confidence in the company, and make it easy to start a conversation.
WSI Consultant Luis Rodriguez worked with Costa Rica DMC on a digital program that combined audience definition, a new website, SEO and content, marketing automation, analytics, and performance reporting. The aim was to make digital a dependable source of new business opportunities alongside the referral network that had already served the company well.

See how WSI helped Costa Rica DMC generate more business beyond referrals, improve search visibility, and achieve an estimated 10:1 return.

Law Firm Growth Through Digital Marketing: Anderson Boback & Marshall’s Partnership With WSI

A referral can put a law firm on someone’s shortlist. What a prospective client finds online can determine whether that referral turns into a consultation.
People looking for legal counsel may check reviews, look up attorneys and practice areas, read about issues similar to their own, and compare firms before making contact. The online experience needs to reinforce the reputation a firm has already built through years of client work.
Anderson Boback & Marshall wanted its online presence to contribute more directly to business development. Since 2018, WSI Consultant Elaine Mikesell and her team have led the firm’s website, SEO, content, paid search, reputation management, marketing automation and lead tracking, creating a stronger path from online research to client inquiry.
Marketing leads increased 393%, while internet-sourced revenue grew 327%. The digital marketing program had become a much larger source of new business, with gains in both lead volume and client acquisition.

See how WSI helped Anderson Boback & Marshall increase leads, client acquisition and online reputation through a connected digital marketing strategy.

5 AI Takeaways from HubSpot UNBOUND 2026 for Business Owners

Our team spent four days at HubSpot UNBOUND 2026, HubSpot's flagship event for marketing, sales, customer experience, operations, and AI. Across Partner Day, product demos, and three days of sessions, HubSpot kept coming back to the same idea: AI gets better when it knows more about the business using it.
You could see that thinking in the self-updating CRM, Context Home, Breeze Assistant, and the new AI agent updates. Each relies on customer history, CRM activity, sales conversations, company knowledge, and workflows to do more useful work.
We narrowed the event down to five developments with the clearest implications for lead follow-up, CRM value, and the amount of manual work teams still carry.

See what HubSpot UNBOUND 2026 revealed about AI, CRM data, Breeze, and AI agents, and what those changes could mean for your business.

Quarterly Marketing Check-In: How to Tie Marketing Tactics to a Real Revenue Target

Most businesses can tell when marketing is busy. It’s harder to tell whether all that activity is producing enough pipeline and revenue.
You may have SEO running. Paid media is spending. Your social calendar is full. The content team has blog posts queued up. Your CRM is sending automated emails. And somewhere in the mix, someone has added an AI tool because, well, everyone seems to be adding an AI tool.
The question worth asking in any quarterly review is:
How much revenue is all of that marketing actually expected to generate?
If the answer is unclear, your business may have a collection of marketing tactics rather than a coordinated growth strategy.
A quarterly review is a good time to fix that. Q4 makes the question especially useful because year-end targets are close, but the same discipline applies throughout the year: step back, look at what is working, identify where marketing is disconnected from sales, and decide where budget and resources should go next.

Learn how to review marketing performance against revenue goals, KPIs, sales alignment, customer journeys and investment priorities each quarter.

Luxury Furniture Marketing: How WSI Helped Carrocel Reach More High-Value Buyers

Carrocel Interiors was already getting website traffic. The bigger issue was whether that traffic reflected the customers the business wanted to attract.
Carrocel was targeting homeowners, collectors, interior designers, and trade professionals looking for high-end, vintage, and custom furniture. At the same time, its website no longer reflected the quality of the showroom or the level of luxury experience Carrocel offered customers.
WSI Consultant Peter Jasniewski, COO Mike Gualtieri, and the WSI Comandix team addressed the website first. Once that was in place, they realigned search, content, local visibility, paid media, and tracking around Carrocel’s target buyers.

See how WSI helped Carrocel Interiors improve its website, SEO, paid search, and local visibility to reach more luxury furniture buyers.

Digital Marketing Strategy for Electrical Contractors: How Power Surge Generated 733 Conversions

Launching a new business means starting without the advantages established companies already have: brand recognition, customer reviews, search visibility and a steady source of inbound demand.
When Power Surge Electric launched in Ottawa, it needed to establish credibility quickly, reach both residential and commercial customers, and create a reliable source of new inquiries.
Power Surge worked with WSI Consultant Mark Jamieson and the WSI eStrategies team from the company’s launch, giving WSI responsibility for both the brand foundation and the digital program designed to generate demand.
The work began with positioning and brand development, then expanded into the website, SEO, Google Ads, reputation management, lead tracking and recruitment marketing.
Within Power Surge’s first year in market, WSI’s coordinated program generated 733 tracked conversions and helped establish a steady source of new business inquiries.

See how WSI helped Ottawa electrical contractor Power Surge Electric generate 733 tracked conversions and expand its team, fleet and operating capacity.

Google Rankings Dropped. Here’s How to Protect Leads During SEO Recovery

Several high-value service pages have lost visibility, and organic leads are falling. Your team has ruled out tracking problems, website issues and obvious seasonality. SEO recovery is underway, but rankings may take weeks to return.
The commercial question comes first: how many qualified inquiries are at risk, and what can you do while visibility recovers?
A ranking report shows where search performance changed. It does not show whether the sales pipeline can absorb the decline.

Use this 48-hour plan to measure lost leads, improve conversion and protect pipeline while SEO recovery continues.
