I’m want to let you know that I am still doing Mac troubleshooting, tune-ups and tutoring for clients remotely.
I do this by talking with you on the phone and then getting on your Mac from my home using Splashtop SOS software, which I have you install. It is totally safe and secure. While we are on the phone, I am able to see and manipulate your Mac remotely. It’s almost like I am sitting right there.
Your Mac must be running and able to connect to the internet. If it’s dead I can’t help you, but give me a call and I can refer you to someone local who can.
Since I work a regular full-time job during weekdays, I do the Mac work after 5 PM on weekdays and on the weekends.
