Listening to local 2m traffic including FM SIMPLEX and SSB as well as AllStarLink connected to Jason's Node (KC5HWB) on 43136! I also have DStar setup to listen to TOADs (XRF546-A) which is cross-mode to DMR and YSF. I have Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (S.M.A.R.T.)'s NXDN VHF system & REDCOM (Sonoma County Fire) on scan as well!

The SCREENS alternate every 10 MINUTES with different info! I have tried to make this as mobile screen friendly as possible!

Got a ham radio shack that could use a little help? New to ham radio and want to do things right? In this new livestream idea, we take a look at viewer-submitted ham radio stations and talk through ways to improve them. From antenna setups and grounding to cable management, RF noise, and station layout, we break down what’s working and what could be improved.

Every episode features real shacks submitted by the community. We’ll highlight the good ideas, point out potential problems, and suggest practical fixes that hams can apply in their own stations. Whether you’re running a full HF contest station, a VHF/UHF setup, an APRS node, or a small starter shack, there’s always something new to learn.

This segment is meant to be fun, constructive, and educational for the ham radio community. No shaming—just sharing ideas and helping each other build better stations.

📡 What we might review:
• Shack layout and equipment placement
• Antenna feedlines and routing
• Grounding and bonding practices
• RF interference and noise sources
• Power distribution and safety
• Cable management and station organization

If you'd like your station featured on a future episode, submit photos of your shack along with a short description of your setup and any problems you're trying to solve. You can submit via Discord in the -my-shack-submissions section OR via e-mail (kg6nlw @ snars . org) with the subject "Livestream Shack Submissions"

📬 Submission info:
Include your name/callsign, equipment list, and 2–5 photos AND/OR VIDEOS of your station showing the desk, radios, and cable layout, etc. The more details you include, the better we can help! Photos/videos WILL BE SHOWN LIVE, so make sure you don't have or do anything you wouldn't want on the internet!

For the non-hams, “73” means “best regards.” For hams, it’s clearly a sign. 😂

Now the real question: can we find 124 more radio nerds, railfans, and late-night listeners to push Ham Radio Wilderness w/ Frank (KG6NLW) to 3,000 subscribers?
