That's a wrap on !

What an incredible couple of days filled with thoughtful discussions, valuable connections, and new perspectives on the future of AI.

From the sessions to the conversations happening between them, one thing was clear: moving AI forward takes more than technology. It takes people willing to lead, collaborate, and turn ideas into action.

A huge thank you to our speakers, attendees, sponsors, partners, and everyone behind the scenes who made this year's event possible.

Some artists follow the map.

A Tribe Called Quest helped redraw it.

Their sound pulled from jazz, hip-hop and a wide range of influences, but the result was unmistakably their own.

That’s the kind of FORWARD we like.

Learn from what came before. Borrow intelligently. Experiment. Then make something that actually sounds like you.

That’s true in music.

And as more of us get access to the same AI capabilities, it’s going to matter in our work too.

Buddy Holly’s career was remarkably short.

His influence was anything but.

Artists who came after him kept borrowing, building and learning from what he helped create.

There’s a version of FORWARD in that idea that we love.

Progress isn’t only about how far you get.

Sometimes it’s about making something useful, original or brave enough that it gives the next person somewhere new to start.

That’s a pretty extraordinary legacy.

Buddy Holly roughed up familiar musical influences—rhythm & blues, rockabilly, country & western—with upbeat tempos, a jittery vocal approach, and youthful lyrics filled with edgy declarations of love, lust and heartbreak.

Imagine creating a rhythm so distinctive that generations of musicians keep building on it.

At some point, that stops being just influence.

It becomes infrastructure.

That’s part of Bo Diddley’s legacy—and an interesting way to think about moving FORWARD.

Some innovations become so fundamental that eventually we stop noticing they were innovations at all.

Someone still had to create them first.

What are we building with AI today that might feel that obvious tomorrow?

Bo Diddley, nicknamed "the Originator" for his role in the transition from blues to rock and roll, drove music into a new era with his rollicking rhythms and edgy guitar.

Brian Epstein saw something in four young musicians from Liverpool.

Then came the harder part: helping the rest of the world see it too.

That required much more than vision. It took positioning, discipline, persistence and ex*****on.

There’s a pretty direct parallel to AI leadership.

Seeing what’s possible is exciting.

Turning that possibility into something other people understand, adopt and believe in is a completely different skill.

FORWARD needs both.

Brian Epstein had an unprecedented talent for marketing his clients and believed in what he was selling—he stuck with the Beatles through rejection, even when they were just four boys from Liverpool.

George Michael knew what it meant to take ownership of what came next.

By the time he released “Freedom! ’90,” he was already a global star. But success had also created expectations about who he was supposed to be and what his career was supposed to look like.

“Freedom! ’90” became a statement about stepping away from some of those expectations and defining the next chapter on his own terms.

There’s something deeply human about that—and especially relevant right now.

AI will shape how we work, the roles we play, and the careers we build.

But we still get a say in what we want that future to look like.

Moving FORWARD isn’t just about adapting to change. It’s about having some ownership over where that change takes you.

Phil Collins knows something about what it takes to keep moving.

His career has taken him from behind the drums with Genesis to frontman, solo artist, songwriter, producer and one of the most recognizable artists of his generation.

“Against All Odds” gives us an appropriate title for the moment, too.

Because real transformation rarely goes exactly as planned.

Strategies change. Experiments fail. Technology disappoints. Priorities shift.

The organizations that move FORWARD won’t be the ones that avoid all of that. They’ll be the ones that learn, adjust and keep going.

There’s a lot of conversation about what it takes to succeed with AI.

Resilience deserves to be part of it.

The Bee Gees had more than one era.

Very different sounds. Different cultural moments. Different audiences.

And yet, unmistakably the Bee Gees.

That’s a hard thing to pull off—and something every long-standing company eventually has to figure out.

How do you evolve without becoming unrecognizable?

AI will change a lot about how companies operate, create and compete.

The goal isn’t to preserve everything.

It’s to know what should still feel like you when the transformation is done.

The Bee Gees had an almost supernatural instinct for creating chart-toppers; their talent in songwriting, production, and performance skills lent them an artistic control that established them as Seventies icons.

We're about a week out from MAICON, but that doesn't mean our Rock Hall countdown is ending!

Cyndi Lauper never seemed particularly interested in sanding off the edges to look like everybody else.

That turned out pretty well.

There’s something in that for the AI era.

We have access to more of the same tools, models and capabilities than ever before. Which means there’s a real risk that more of our work starts looking and sounding the same.

FORWARD shouldn’t mean becoming generic.

Use the technology to amplify what makes your work distinctly yours.
