We are looking for a well organized receptionist that can help with the following:

- Greeting customers and creating tickets

- General office tasks & cleaning

- Fingerprinting and photographing customers

- Answering phones & receiving mail and shipments

- Opening & closing procedures

- General PC knowledge is required - such as Excel/Word/Power point

- Quickbooks experience not required but is a bonus

- IT / Tech Support experience not required but is a bonus

- Web design or C # programming skills are not required but are a bonus

- Detail Orientated / Quality over quantity

- Valid & clean drivers license

- Must speak English & be able to pass a background check

- Must be a High School graduate

- Flexible Hours & Competitive Pay

Our candidate will have their own transportation, and have access to a company vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Type: Full / Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 / hour depending on experience
