Every dollar lost to inefficient Medicaid processes is a dollar that can't be invested in resident care, staffing, facility improvements, and the overall resident experience.
That's the problem we set out to solve when we founded RevSuite.
Today, through our new partnership with National Datacare (NDC), Insight by RevSuite is positioned to reach more than 10,000 long-term care facilities across the country.
Just a few years ago, RevSuite was an idea. Today, we're partnering with an organization that has served the long-term care industry since 1981 and supports more than 10,000 facilities nationwide. It's a milestone that reminds us how quickly innovation can gain momentum when it's solving a real problem.
At RevSuite, we've always believed that Medicaid Pending and Eligibility management is one of the most overlooked revenue challenges in skilled nursing. Every delayed approval, missed deadline, or overlooked recertification creates financial pressure that ultimately impacts the resources available to care for residents.
That's why we built Insight.
Our mission has never been to simply create software. Our mission is to help skilled nursing facilities recover revenue, improve operational visibility, and eliminate avoidable delays so they can focus their time, energy, and resources where they belong: on resident care.
For decades, NDC's Resident Fund Management Service (RFMS) has been a trusted partner to the long-term care industry. Today, more than 10,000 long-term care facilities rely on RFMS for integrated banking, direct deposit, and automated reconciliation controls. To now be aligned with an organization of that scale is both humbling and exciting.
As President of RevSuite, I am incredibly proud of how far we've come in such a short period of time. More importantly, I'm proud of the results we're helping our customers achieve every day. Facilities using Insight are gaining visibility, strengthening accountability, accelerating Medicaid approvals, and improving cash flow.
This partnership allows us to bring that impact to thousands more facilities nationwide.
Thank you to our customers, partners, and our outstanding development team who transformed an idea into a platform that is helping change the way skilled nursing facilities manage Medicaid.
We're just getting started, and we remain committed to one goal:
Helping providers spend less time chasing revenue and more time focusing on the residents they serve.
