The live action, P.O.S.T.-certified online webinars are facilitated using Zoom from 8:00 am-5:00 pm each day with hourly breaks and a one-hour lunch. No “Death by Powerpoint” – the webinar courses rely on a high level of student participation in both small working groups and together as the entire class. Proven adult learning concepts are incorporated throughout the course with an emphasis on critical thinking skills development. In an effort to mitigate “Zoom fatigue”, homework assignments are regularly assigned to allow for “Off-screen” independent research and the development of written works designed to enhance the learning experiences from the class earlier in the day.

A computer (No phones) with video and microphone access for the internet and Zoom capability/Zoom App installed is required for each 8:00 am-5:00 pm online course.
