We been trying hard to secure a building. We are 2nd in line for the movie theater in Clarksville as our NOI came in a few minutes later. We even tried for this building but, had to back off as it was so much for that building and it still needed work. We tried to acquire the kroger but, they are not selling. Right now finding a big enough space is the issue. We want to go BIG this time around with laser tag and much more. But, we just gotta keep looking.

Signs point to Clarksville Indiana. Realtor says Quote "It is a very good sign that they requested revisions and indicates they are taking the offer seriously." If not 6 more months to try for the 2nd building as it has to be approved by the city.

With the pandemic going on we will not be trying to reopen. However once we know for sure this is over. I will try hard to reopen as fast as possible. To get back into things we will need to build a following once again. This was a place to hang out and spend time before. This time I would like to get at least 150 computers in and 30 xbox's and 20 ps5. Also wii rooms and so forth. I would like everyone to comment things you like and disliked about gaming utopia when we were in the front of the building. And when we were in the back. Be specific. Trying to determine if we need big 20 man rooms. a few 5 man rooms. Table height from original front of the building people loved. The back not so much. Colors so forth everything. I know we had internet issues back in the day this time we are going to go fiber from atandt.
