📢 BIG CHANGES ARE COMING TO MASTER PRINTING! 💛🖨️
Starting November 1st, Master Printing will be CLOSED TO WALK-IN CUSTOMERS ON MONDAYS.
But don't worry — we're not taking an extra day off! Quite the opposite, actually! 💪
Mondays will now be dedicated PRODUCTION DAYS!
This means our team will be hard at work behind the scenes, focusing entirely on getting your orders completed, improving turnaround times, and continuing to deliver the quality printing you've come to expect from Master Printing.
We want to be completely transparent with our customers. We know our turnaround times haven't always been where they should be. As our business continues to grow, we've found ourselves juggling customer service, incoming orders, and production all at once. Sometimes, that means we haven't been able to get things out the door as quickly as we'd like.
We hear you, we recognize it, and we're making changes to improve it! ❤️
📞 WE'RE STILL HERE FOR YOU ON MONDAYS!
Even though our front doors will be closed to walk-in traffic:
✅ Our phone and text lines will remain available.
✅ You can still reach us through email and our website.
✅ Our team will still be available to answer questions and communicate about orders.
📦 UPS DROP-OFFS: You can still leave your UPS packages at our front door on Mondays! We will be checking and collecting packages frequently throughout the day.
We understand this change may not be convenient for everyone. And believe us, it's going to take some getting used to on our end, too!
But we truly believe that dedicating one uninterrupted day each week to production will help us serve you BETTER the other four days.
We're not making this change to do less business. We're making it so we can do BETTER business.
We simply ask for your patience, understanding, and consideration as we make this adjustment together.
