📣 FRIENDLY REMINDER — ORDER & PICKUP POLICY

Just a friendly reminder to all of my amazing customers! 💕

ALL PAID ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 48 HOURS.
Unfortunately, I simply do not have the space to store completed orders for extended periods of time.

I completely understand that things come up! If you’re unable to pick up your order within 48 hours, please communicate with me so we can make other arrangements. If I’m not too busy, I may also be able to help with delivery.

⚠️ After 72 hours, DTF images/orders that have not been picked up will be discarded unless prior arrangements have been made.

If your images are discarded and you still need them, a new order will need to be submitted and paid for again.

💰 PAYMENT POLICY MOVING FORWARD:
All other orders must be PAID IN FULL BEFORE I will print them. I will no longer print unpaid orders and hold them while waiting for payment or pickup.

I truly appreciate everyone who supports Valor’s Custom Designs and respects my time, workspace, and policies. Clear communication goes a long way, and I’m always willing to work with you when possible! 💕

Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business! 🩷
