AI can do the work. It just can't be the one responsible for it.

If a tool gets it right 9 times out of 10, that sounds great — until you run it a thousand times a day and 100 wrong answers go out to real customers. And nothing breaks or beeps. A confident wrong answer looks exactly like a right one.

Keeping a person in the loop doesn't mean checking everything. It means checking the things you can't take back — money moving, promises to customers, anything legal or permanent. The rest can run on its own.
