PSA:
Hello Chino/Chino Hills family, I hope all of you are doing well. I wanted to take a few mins of your time to share some important news. Lately, we have been experiencing issues with our Verizon system functioning correctly. As of January 31st, we have lost complete access to the Verizon system and are stuck without any access for the foreseeable future. We have been informed by headquarters that the hub in Los Angeles that we were contracted through is being shut down and due to that any store that was linked to them is now no longer able to process or access the system. Iโm completely saddened as I write this because we are stuck without being able to help our Verizon customers that we have been helping for the past 10years. Iโm constantly trying to contact people in charge to find out more information, but I am currently stuck without any answers. Never in a million years I thought something like this could occur. I will keep everyone informed as I get more info, hopefully soon. Until then please direct your billing questions to customer service 800-922-0204. We are still here to answer any questions you may have, feel free to contact us at 909-902-0202. For any new phone orders, I can recommend stores or the support team that will take care of you so you can reach out and I will be happy to share the info. What this means for our business at the moment:
- We are still doing ALL REPAIRS FOR PHONES/TABLETS/COMPUTERS.
- REPAIRS for all customers no matter what carrier/company you are with.
- We can still find you and sell you fully unlocked devices at retail cost for any carrier.
- We will be offering new lower cost repairs starting today. Call us to find out new pricing for repairs.
- We will still stock accessories for most models
- We are still doing data transfers for a small fee
- Anything you may have a question about feel free to call us at 909-902-0202 or text 909-284-4546
We appreciate your continued support and hope we can get through this rough patch. Please keep shopping with us to keep us afloat. Again, we canโt thank you enough for blessing us with your kindness. If anyone has any suggestions as to what we can do, please reach out to us. We would like to stick with Verizon but will also look at other options as to which carrier might want to take us under their wing.
