Members may use the group to post relevant discussions, non-promotional seminar announcements and news items related to substantive IP topics. In addition, IPLAC will continue to use the group to keep members informed of upcoming events and newsworthy topics. However, IPLAC group members should refrain from posting discussions suggestive of marketing or promotion of themselves and their firms or

organizations. If a discussion item in the sole discretion of the group managers is deemed as such, it will be removed or transferred to “Promotions.” Furthermore, repeat offenders will be removed from the group. Everyone’s cooperation with these guidelines is much appreciated.
