Sports, swimming and art aren't just hobbies for the children at Alexander Youth Network - they're essential tools for mental health recovery.

That’s why volunteers from the Motorola Solutions Galvin Masters partnered with the Motorola Solutions Foundation to transform Alexander Youth Networks’s Charlotte campus. From resurfacing basketball courts to painting bright cafeteria murals, our team completed projects to create spaces where young residents feel safe, valued and supported.

This week marks week 2 of the Global Initiative for Volunteer Engagement (GIVE)! Driven by friendly team competition and a shared commitment to service, Motorolans around the world, supported by the , are putting their values into real-world action.

Take a look at how just a few of the dedicated teams gave back this week:

• 🍱 Dignity Kitchen outreach and meal packing: Employee volunteers in Singapore crafted bookmarks and visited Dignity Kitchen, where they learned basic sign language and packed bento meals for the local community.

• 🧪 STEM kit assembly for youth: In Denver, Colorado, Motorola Innovators Circle (MIC) members assembled STEM kits and wrote encouragement notes for the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver.

• 🧹 New hire spruce grounds: New hires came together to clean and spruce up the grounds at The Ramakrishna Ashrama in Penang, Malaysia.

• 🏔️ Mountain cleanup: Volunteers collected trash along mountain trails in the Silesian Beskids near Wisła, Poland.
