With Vivek Gargav's help, we created and completed an AI application for my CRM consultancy.

It's called, "The Workflow Analyzer", and it shows you a map of how your business actually works today, and what it could look like if you stopped doing things by hand and used a CRM system to streamline operations and increase sales.

The tool reads your workflow and creates a flow chart to show you what you're doing by hand. Then, it analyzes how it could work better in Zoho CRM or Bigin by Zoho CRM.

This application caters to the micro-business owner who is unable or unwilling to hire a business coach, or just wants to visualize their business processes and roll out their own CRM.

Monthly, I meet with Engaging Speakers in Libertyville, learning how to refine my speaking skills.

They help my clarify how to present my services to the non-techs in my network. It's too easy for me to brag about the details when other may not appreciate the nuances of converting Goldmine to WiredContact to help a client convert off a 20 year old platform.
