We are currently experiencing intermittent outages with our chat provider causing longer than normal communication times. Thank you for your patience while we resolve the issue.

We have been made aware that some clinics are noticing that the chat feature does not appear to be sending to CounselEAR, there could be a few reasons, depending on Browser being used and the settings. We have found that one or more of these options have worked for other Users having this issue. Please, try these and if you're still having issues, reach out to us here at 888-516-4281 so that our Phone Team can screen share with you. We are happy to help!

-Check Browser settings to see whether you have Javascript enabled and allowed to use. That is the program that allows chats to work
-Make sure all Cookies and Third Party Cookies are approved for our site
-Make sure Antivirus is not set to block anything for CounselEAR.com
-If that doesn't work, turn off all Extensions in the Browser and re-add them one at a time, trying to chat each time. It could be an extension blocking things
-If that doesn't allow the chat to send, try seeing if your browser needs an update
-If that doesn't work, try clearing cookies and cache data. Note: This will log you out of most websites and some areas of CounselEAR will reset.

With this amazing partnership, you can process transactions via a Square terminal right from within CounselEAR as well as:
- Enable clients to pay online from anywhere
- Store card information on file for future transactions
- Set up scheduled payments

These sessions will provide an overview of the transition from fee-for-service to value-based payment models, specifically focused on Medicare’s Quality Payment Program (QPP). Updates will be provided on the 2025 QPP Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), program parameters, pathways for participation, changes in MIPS reporting requirements for audiologists, and how an audiologist can determine if participation is required. Resources will be provided to identify the reporting mechanisms for designated measures requirements for quality reporting, measure specifications, and examples of how to report measures.
