Another Milestone in the Growth of I-ON Digital’s Real-World Asset Ecosystem.

The Company has signed a binding agreement to acquire rights to 20 U.S. gold mining claims, expanding its pipeline of onboarding-eligible mineral assets and supporting its long-term strategy of digitizing institutional-grade real-world assets.

With financing secured and key onboarding milestones already achieved, I-ON is targeting closing and digitization of eligible claims in Q3 2026, subject to customary due diligence and closing requirements.
