Charles Trantham, our Senior Safety Manager, is an important part of that commitment. Charles does not manage safety from behind a desk. He is regularly in the field implementing safety procedures, inspecting job sites, coaching employees, and making sure our standards are consistently followed. He has developed safety processes that are strictly enforced, not to make our employees’ jobs harder, but to protect them while helping them perform their work correctly and confidently.
Charles also conducts regular safety meetings and stays current on the latest industry requirements, regulations, and best practices. His hands-on leadership reflects the culture we work hard to maintain across Benton Triage, Triage Partners and JCS Triage.
