Grateful to SALUD | Normalizing Mental Health in Chicago for creating space for my work in the artist exhibition featured as part of this year’s Gala. It has been an honor to volunteer alongside an organization whose mission brings mental health awareness to our community through creative, innovative, and culturally resonant approaches.

This year has been about making things happen, from visualizing to manifesting. My second art exhibition in one year is another reminder that what we visualize becomes possible when we meet it with action, intention, and consistency. Every small win counts.

ASCENSION is a three-part collection that reflects my journey, one I know many can relate to:

Growth: becoming through the discomfort.

Rise: choosing to keep moving upward.

Bloom: allowing ourselves to be seen and embracing who we’ve become.

Proud of the multidisciplinary artist, woman, and version of myself I continue to create.

Officially introducing La Polie Flow Co.

A few months ago Joclyn reached out to build a brand around her yoga practice, and from our very first conversation I knew this one would be different. She doesn't call herself an instructor, she calls herself a guide, and that distinction became the seed for everything.

From exploring her brand name, to designing her brand identity, to photographing her brand library, this project came together into one full identity.

La Polie Flow Co. is rooted in Joclyn's own story: her Puerto Rican and Latina identity, and "Polie," her childhood nickname. Her practice became the starting point for the brand: recovery. Permission to leave fight-or-flight and turn inward, one slow flow at a time.

From there, we built a visual identity around a single fixed point, a spiral sun drawn from Taíno symbolism, where my favorite part, as always, was watching one small mark carry an entire philosophy: recovery isn't linear, you move through it.

A brand I'm really proud of, and one I hope you love just as much.
