Thank you Tom for doing business with me. His IPhone 11 had a cracked screen and the earpiece speaker and sensor broke, so his audio/mic was pretty much non existent when it came to voice recordings, phone calls, and videos. That was very frustrating for him.

After I fixed it up, he essentially has a brand new phone again. AND THE BEST PART??

He didn't have to shell out $1000+ to purchase another phone. In this economy? I don't know about you guys, but I'll take that ANYDAY.

I just wanted to send a shoutout to my client Lisa. Her laptop was running at a snails pace and she preferred to upgrade her current laptop as opposed to buying a new one to save costs (in this economy, I can't blame her one bit). Fortunately, I was here to save the day. I ended up upgrading her to MUCH FASTER SSD storage, as well as replaced her battery and installed Windows 10 Pro on her machine. She absolutely LOVES it now

**I still fix/build/upgrade computers, but I do console, phone repairs as well.**
