Welcome to Black Hackz!
We are a two man crew based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee who are passionate about computers. One specializes with hardware (Computer components) and the other does software (OS installs and program issues, among other things.) We currently do not have a brick and mortar location so naturally we’ll be doing this out of our apartment. Below you will find a little bit about what we do.
Currently we only specialize in building PCs and fixing software issues. We can also diagnose most problems with a computer and give you details on how to fix, or fix it ourselves for a fee.
As of right now, if you need a PC built our prices will vary based off of parts and whether or not you bring them to us.
You are more than welcome to buy the parts and we’ll put it together professionally starting with a base price of $75 and up depending on how complex it is. (Complex basically just means water cooling, Linux/windows set ups, etc)
Prices for repair will depend on what the problem is, naturally.
For hardware issues, we will only charge you the repair fee of $50, plus parts if any need to be replaced.
For Software issues, we will only charge you the base price of $50. Do keep in mind that some software is irreparable and will require a new memory drive for your computer. If this is the case, you will have the choice of your money back, providing a new drive, or us buying one and including it in the repair fee.
If you don’t know what parts to get, never fear!
At no charge, we will gladly sit down and talk to you and let you know the difference between certain components and what’s compatible. If you need a gaming computer, we can explain the differences between AMD and Nvidia GPUs. A workstation for schooling or career base? No problem! We can explain Ryzen and Intel CPUs.
If you want us to purchase new parts and build, please keep in mind that we will have to make that money back and the cost of parts will be included in the invoice when you come to pay for your computer.
As soon as your build is done, we will give you a call. If you do not answer, a voicemail with a callback number will be left and we will call you once per week for 3 months until we hear back from you regarding payment.
For security purposes, if a consumer commissions a new PC to be built with our parts, we will hold onto it until it is paid in full. Consumers will have 90 days once the build is done in order to make the payments or else the PC will be advertised as “For Sale” in order to make our money back.
For Consumer security, if you come to us for a repair you will not be charged unless we can 100% guarantee your PC is working properly.
