We partner with over 150 colleges and universities across North America to connect students, faculty, and staff with housing, roommates, and educational resources. Since 2000, we have been helping the nation's leading colleges and universities improve service to students, collect better information about the off-campus housing process and costs, and operate self-funding off-campus housing services. Our university partnerships currently serve more than 1.5 million off-campus students and growing.

With a background rooted in customer service, Caylin has built her career around helping people and creating positive solutions through roles in retail, healthcare, and client support. At OCP, she brings that same people-first approach to our Customer Support team, helping make the housing search process easier for those we serve.
