It’s been an amazing week for the City of Charlotte having hosted the Presidents Cup. We appreciate our great partner Brother Business Solutions for helping us with all the equipment that NBC/Golf Channel, the PGA Tour, Rolex, Citi, Ticketmaster and Cognizant used throughout the week. Great products made it very easy on our staff all week long.

Vision Office Systems is seeking an experienced Delivery Installation Technician. The ideal candidate will possess basic mechanical skills with excellent customer service skills. The candidate will transport, deliver and install office equipment at various customer locations throughout the Charlotte, Greenville and Asheville areas.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Deliver and install copiers and accessories to customer locations daily
Properly load all equipment securely using the provided blankets, straps, and all other necessary tools to ensure safe and secure transport of equipment
Properly organize and record delivery documentation
Confirm delivery, pick up and/or movement with customer and delivery
Inspect and maintain the delivery truck and supplies such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes to ensure the vehicles are in proper working condition.
Work together with the delivery coordinator, the sales team and setup shop to ensure accurate and timely delivery of office equipment
Periodically assist the warehouse team with various duties
Behavioral Traits, Attitudes And Skills

Ability to work independently and with a team to meet goals and objectives
Good oral and written communication skills
Always professional and courteous to co-workers and customers
Prerequisites

Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year delivery experience
Basic mechanical skills preferred
Responsible, self-motivated, and neat in appearance.

Last month we installed several commercial displays for First Reliance Bank in their new branch. The feature wall is an eye catching beautiful tile that we complimented with LG thin bezel displays. We also installed a few Sharp Business USA panels. All powered by Hypersign visual communications software.
